My HOMYHUB CONNECT appears Offline. What should I do?

Once successfully installed, you will be able to know and analyse the connection status of your HOMYHUB GARAGE and HOMYHUB CONNECT from the “Manage my Devices” in the main screen menu of the App (three-dot icon in the upper right corner). In case of incidents, you will be able to see and understand details from the action“Check device connectivity” If your HOMYHUB CONNECT is offline, it could be for two reasons:

The HOMYHUB CONNECT has gone offline. Reasons:

  1. Without power, (All lights off) → Check power connection.

  2. The internet has been cut off (The red light will be off, located to the right of the 3 lights). → In this case, something has likely changed with your internet connection source. So, you can:

    B.1.- Check the internet source depending on your case:
    1. WiFi:
      - Confirm that the WiFi network is active and has coverage where you have installed your HOMYHUB CONNECT (To check this you could use your mobile phone to check if your network coverage reaches there)
      - and/or that your credentials (Name and Password) have not been changed
    2. Cable Ethernet/WLAN:
      - Confirm that the cable is receiving internet from the router or repeater. For example, by connecting it to another device, such as a laptop.
    3. Pincho Modem USB 3G/4G:
      - Confirm that the SIM card is active and has data (MB) available.
      - Confirm that the stick is working properly. For example, by plugging it into a laptop or computer and confirming that it provides internet access.

B.2.- If the internet source is fine, try reconfiguring the internet connection of your managed HOMYHUB CONNECT. From the "Manage my devices" section, select your HOMYHUB CONNECT, and then select the "Change Wi-Fi password/Internet settings" option.
