I'm not receiving verification codes. What should I do?

HOMYHUB sends confirmation codes as part of our authentication measures to ensure the security of your HOMYHUB account.

If a code is sent during any process in the App, and you do not receive it, do the following:

In the case of codes via email:
Try again and...
1- Check your email's SPAM/Junk folder.
2- Confirm that the email to which the codes are being sent is correct

In the case of SMS codes:
Try again and...
1- Confirm that your mobile phone has call and SMS coverage.
2- Confirm that the number to which the codes are being sent is correct
3- Check that your mobile phone is not identifying messages from HOMYHUB as spam.

In any case, if after trying what is suggested here several times, the problem persists, contact us at hola@homyhub.com, and tell us the email and/or mobile number to which you are not receiving the verification code.
