I have installed the HOMYHUB GARAGE by copying the remote control, but the door does not open when I activate it with the app. What should I do?
If you have installed your HOMYHUB GARAGE by copying the remote control, and the HOMYHUB GARAGE has copied it, but when you operate the door, even though it says OK, the door does not open, it may be the following:
- Your controller is not compatible:
- If your controller appears on our list of compatible controllers:
It may be that the remote is in poor condition. Try again the copying process, if possible, with a newer remote if you have one.
