How to Solve the "The Door Could Not Be Opened" Error

If when you activate your door from the App it shows you the Error “The door could not be activated”, and the opening fails, two things can happen:


A) Your mobile phone has no internet connection.


In this case, check that your phone has internet access using another app or by searching the internet.


B) HOMYHUB devices do not have an internet connection.


In the case of home or business garages, once the devices have been successfully installed, if you are the Device Administrator you will be able to know and analyze the connection status of your HOMYHUB GARAGE and HOMYHUB CONNECT from the “Manage my Devices” in the main screen menu of the App. In case of incidents, you will be able to see and understand details from the action “Check device connectivity”.
