Why are my community's remotes expiring in a few days? Do I have to pay them?

The controls in your community were granted on a free 30-day trial period.

Once the trial period expires, you can decide whether to purchase your Virtual Remote(s) so you can enjoy all the convenience, security, and savings that HOMYHUB brings to your home versus traditional remotes and their associated issues and limitations.

You can renew none, one, or more of your Virtual Remotes (if you have or will share Virtual Remotes with your family members or tenants) by following the steps in the expiration notice email. Each remote costs just 9 euros per year (0.75 euros per month).
