The App shows me the following message: “Connected to the WiFi network, Some options are limited.” Why is this?

The App displays this message when the CONNECT access point is active and the mobile phone is connected to the “HOMYHUB CONNECT” WiFi network.

To avoid slowing down the connection of devices and preventing them from disconnecting, the CONNECT Wi-Fi network only has access to the HOMYHUB App and is limited to operating the door only.

It's typically used in garages where there's no mobile data signal, to access the app and operate the door.

If you don't need this network, you can disable it from the App's main screen menu (three-dot icon in the top right corner) ➡ Manage my devices ➡ HOMYHUB CONNECT ➡ And turn off the "HOMYHUB Access Point" switch.
