The app screen won't let me press the “Create Account” button or any other button. What should I do?

If the app's home screen doesn't let you tap or click "Create your account," it's likely because your phone's fonts or letter size are too large, preventing you from displaying or tapping the "Create Account" button in the app on your phone.

To do this, simply change your phone's font size settings. This will vary depending on the brand or model, so if you're unsure how to do it, we recommend searching Google or YouTube for "Change font size of... [Your phone's brand and model]." Once there, choose a smaller size.

Once you've finished selecting the button you need in the HOMYHUB app, you can return the setting to its previous size if you wish.
