My wired sensor has stopped working, what do I do?

Please check:


1.- That the sensor cable has not been damaged/broken at any point.
2.- That one of the two pieces has not fallen off and needs to be repositioned, either the wired part or the loose magnet.



If everything looks okay, please send us photos of the sensor installation to hola@homyhub.com, where we can see how both pieces look when you close your door.
