If the door is open when I get home, Proximity closes it. What can I do?

Both the devices and our system do not understand "close" and "open", but rather send a signal of "actuate" the door. Depending on the configuration and operation of the motor, the door will do one thing or another, but HOMYHUB only sends one drive.

When you get home, Proximity will send a trigger to your motor and the door will open or close, depending on its current state.

That is, Proximity does the same thing as if you manually activate the door from the HOMYHUB App, by pressing the garage card.

Likewise, we are working on a new development that will improve this behavior and will be available in future app updates.
