I have sent only one Virtual Remote, but I have two less in my account

When you have shared the Virtual Controllers and added an extra controller to yournew user type “Owner” in total you are sharing 2:1 for that “Owner” and one/s extra so that that owner can invite more people to that door as “Guests”.

If that was not your intention, and you only wanted to share 1 Virtual Remote, to correct it, you must remove the permission and grant it again. And in the "Deliver Extra Controls" field don't add anything (leave it at 0). This way, you will only receive one remote for your personal use.
