I get the message “We couldn’t create your home.” What should I do?

If you see this message, it's because you already have that house created with those associated devices and the system doesn't allow you to "Overwrite, Overcreate, or Duplicate" a house.


If you want to edit or consult the configuration of the devices of which you are Administrator such as your HOMYHUB CONNECT (e.g. the configuration of the connection to Wi-Fi or Ethernet) or your HOMYHUB GARAGE, it is from the "Manage my devicess" in the main screen menu of the App (three-dot icon in the upper right corner). 


If you want to perform the entire installation again in a new home, you'd first delete the "Home" from the "Manage My Devices" section, and then reinstall from scratch in the "+ Install" section of the main menu.
