How do I renew my Virtual Controller subscription?
To renew your Virtual Controller subscription, from the main screen of the App select the icon of the 3 points > + Install > Extra Virtual Remote > Get/renew remotes.
On the next screen, first select your home and then tap on "I want to renew, pay or manage my Virtual Remotes".
Below, you'll be able to view your remote subscriptions. Note that each subscription indicates the doors and the person using the remote.
Add your payment method to all subscriptions you wish to renew.
And that's it! With this, your remote controls will be renewed for another year.
If you'd like to see more details about your payment methods and subscriptions, just click "Manage your subscriptions" and you'll be able to see them there.
