How do I remove Siri activation confirmation on my Apple Watch?
We're aware of this issue, but it's an Apple issue. There's no way to fix it on our end.
It's a discussion still ongoing on Apple's own forums. If you take a look, some users offer a solution:

Here we leave you the solution that a forum user has foundtranslated into Spanish:
“In case anyone is having trouble with this "allow/disallow" permissions issue, I found the solution.
The symptom is that the shortcut keeps asking for "allow" or "do not allow" when running shortcuts, even after giving the initial "allow" permission.
What you can try is the following:
- Go to the shortcut you want to use.
- Tap the three dots to edit it.
- Click the “i” icon at the bottom of the screen to view the properties.
- Go to the “Privacy” tab.
- If you see the "Allow this shortcut to access" option with the app name enabled,
- Click "Reset Privacy."
- Exit the shortcut and re-enter it to see if the error mentioned in step 5 has disappeared. It should now be gone. Then, exit the shortcut.
- Now run the shortcut and grant permission again.
- Check back to see if what was mentioned in step 5 has reappeared.
- It should now work without asking you for permission again.
“This solved my problem. Try it and let me know if it works for you too.”
