How can I transfer/assign administration of my devices?

If you've already installed your Starter Kit and are an Administrator for a device, you have full control and visibility over them from wherever you are through the HOMYHUB App. 😎


To assign or transfer administration of your devices, you must do the following:


1. You can only transfer administration to a user who has access to your door. If the person you want to transfer administration to isn't already a user on your door, the first thing you must do is grant them a virtual remote.


2. Then, from your account in the app, go to your door settings > “Transfer Administrator” and follow the instructions.
