Can the same user use the App on more than one mobile device or tablet simultaneously?

At HOMYHUB, we take security very seriously to protect your garage, and we use the same level of security as apps from the best banks. To ensure the security and traceability of who accesses your garage, each user of the HOMYHUB App can only access it from one mobile device or tablet at a time. This ensures that the Virtual Remote(s) shared with that person can only be accessed from one mobile device or tablet can be used by him or her.

You can always access from other devices, only that every time you want to access from another mobile device or tablet, the App will perform authentication to ensure that you are you, and will log you out of the session you have on the other device.

This, in turn, ensures the security of each user's account, preventing third parties from accessing your account from other devices without your authorization or from hacking your account.

If you want to share access with someone else in your garage, do not share your username, send him a Virtual Remote of each garage door you want to give access to through the App.
