After a power or internet outage, my HOMYHUB CONNECT doesn’t reconnect automatically. What Should I Do?
Once properly configured in the installation, both devices will automatically connect to each other (As long as the Internet and installation settings are maintained).
So there's no need to reconfigure them. If this happens, and they don't connect even after waiting 10 minutes, try turning both off and on again, and they'll reconnect automatically.
If they don't reconnect often, please connect them to the internet and contact us at hola@homyhub.com so we can check them remotely and confirm that everything is okay. 👍
