What should I do to unsubscribe from the App?

To unsubscribe, cancel, or delete your HOMYHUB account, simply go to the side panel of the app > View profile > Delete user account.

Please note that this cannot be reversed, and once the cancellation is processed, you will lose all devices, accesses, and Virtual Remotes associated with your account.


Important: If you have active Virtual Remote subscriptions (for example, as a community owner), remember to cancel them before requesting your cancellation in the app. This will ensure that you do not receive any future charges.

Just go to the App's main menu (3 dots icon) > + Install > Extra Virtual Controls – Buy > Get/renew controls > “I want to renew, pay for, or manage my Virtual Controls.”


From there, you can view all your remote control subscriptions. Click on the “Cancel subscription” button for each one, and you're done.
