# What is a Virtual Remote?

A Virtual Remote is the equivalent of a physical garage remote in the virtual world, but with all the power and intelligence of our App. In other words, **a super-smart remote.**

Through the app with your Virtual Remote, you can control all your garage doors, so wherever you are and from your mobile phone, you can open and close the door immediately and, equally important, know if it's open or closed.

For example:
To allow someone who arrived suddenly to park and wait comfortably, to leave a package in the garage, or to attend to an emergency.

For people or services that visit more regularly or on a more planned basis (family, friends, or services), you can always send them a Virtual Remote with personalized access. They can even be shared via WhatsApp! This way, they can easily enter without you having to keep an eye on them. And their garage access record will always be stored in the app. You can revoke their access at any time, if necessary.

**Control your garage door at all times.🔐**

Our Starter Kit includes 2 Virtual Remotes: 1 for the device administrator and 1 additional one for sharing. You can grant, customize, and revoke permissions with the level of access required for each situation, as many times as you want, and instantly.
