# I have sent only one Virtual Remote, but I have two less in my account

When you have shared the Virtual Controllers and added an extra controller to yournew user type “Owner” in total you are sharing 2:1 for that “Owner” and one/s extra so that that owner can invite more people to that door as “Guests”.

If that was not your intention, and you only wanted to share 1 Virtual Remote, to correct it, you must remove the permission and grant it again. And in the "Deliver Extra Controls" field **don't add anything** (leave it at 0). This way, you will only receive one remote for your personal use.
