Please check:
- That the camera is on and connected to the internet from the TP Link Tapo App.
- That the credentials included when linking/connecting the camera to your HOMYHUB account were those of “Camera Account” and not “Tapo App Access/Login”.
- That the “Camera Account” credentials (username and password) do not contain any special characters (such as “, @, \, /, | or spaces).
If everything is correct, please contact us at hola@homyhub.com and provide us with the following information:
- Model and MAC number of the camera.
- MAC number of the HOMYHUB CONNECT.
- Send us a screenshot of the message/error the app displays when trying to pair the camera.
- Are the camera and CONNECT connected to the same router/network?
Additionally, please keep your camera on and connected to the Internet.
