# How are Virtual Remotes sent?

Unlike traditional remote controls, when you have to share them, you need to: 1. generate a physical copy (usually by going to a hardware store), and 2. then have to meet with the person or arrange for shipping and pickup. With HOMYHUB, it only takes a minute from the app, wherever and whenever you are. It doesn't matter if you're thousands of miles away from that person enjoying your holiday, or if it's 3 a.m. 😎

Plus, unlike traditional physical remotes, once you give them to someone, they'll have 24/7 access (even if they only have to have it for a few hours or a day), and they can copy them or give them to someone else without you even knowing. With HOMYHUB Virtual Remotes, you can customize, grant, and revoke them however you want and as many times as you want. Only that person will have access, and you'll always know when they enter and exit your garage. Keeping your garage always secure 🔒, in a simple and convenient way.

And still If you haven't shared the first one, check out the app's step-by-step tutorial in the App Tutorial section, which also shows you how to get the most out of it. To do this, go to the app's side menu: 1. Click on App Tutorial. 2. Click on the App Tutorial. 3. There you'll find all the tutorials, including how to share access.
